Airless white plastic jar with silver rim 15 ml is a professional packaging solution designed for contactless and hygienic dispensing of sensitive cosmetic formulations. The airless system helps minimize the contact of the contents with air and hands, making it suitable for packaging products with a lower content of preservatives and formulas that require higher stability during storage and use.
The internal mechanism enables smooth dispensing of creams, serums or gels so that the contents are used as efficiently as possible, without residues on the walls of the container. Thanks to this, this jar is ideal for dispensing both richer and lighter cosmetic products that need protected and practical packaging.
This jar is supplied as a complete container with its own airless dispensing system, so there is no need to purchase separate closures or pumps. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The airless jar is designed to handle dispensing of most common cream-based and gel-based cosmetic products. We always recommend testing thick balms and very dense textures first on a smaller sample – in this way you can verify the smooth movement of the inner plate and the comfort of dispensing during normal use.
It is best to fill the contents into the jar slowly and smoothly, without trapping air bubbles. The product should have a homogeneous consistency without large particles so as not to block the dispensing channel. After filling, it is advisable to level the surface of the product and close the mechanism according to the recommended procedure, then carry out a test dispensing and verify the smooth operation of the airless system.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly emptying the jar, cleaning it mechanically and disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection you can use, for example, IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate and only then refill the jar. In case of repeated use, we also recommend monitoring the mechanical condition of the airless system and, in the event of wear, considering replacement with new packaging.
Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the jar as much as possible and remove any product residues. Then proceed according to the recommended sorting method given in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade.sk website – there you will find information on the type of material and the recommended recycling stream. In most cases, it is necessary to separate the individual parts of the packaging (body, internal mechanism, any decorative elements) and place them into the appropriate containers according to local waste sorting rules.
