The plastic bottle with aluminium cap represents a practical and representative packaging for liquid and partially viscous formulations. Thanks to the durable plastic body and high-quality screw cap, it is suitable for safe packaging of cosmetic and technical solutions that require reliable protection during storage and transport. This type of bottle is popular for its compact dimensions, easy handling and convenient dosing of the contents.
The brown tint of the bottle contributes to better protection of more sensitive ingredients from light, which you will appreciate especially with natural formulations, plant extracts or oils. The packaging is designed to work well with various types of closures and dispensing systems, allowing it to be adapted to the specific method of use and the consistency of the product.
The bottle on its own is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing according to the selected parameters, for example with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially if it contains a higher proportion of oils, alcohol or active substances.

Yes, this type of packaging is often used specifically for smaller and artisan batches of natural cosmetics, toners, serums or oil blends. Before the first filling, we always recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and adapting the filling method to the consistency of the product, so that you achieve convenient dosing and formulation stability throughout the entire period of use.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the bottle ready for refilling, which reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted collection according to the material indicated in the parameter table for the product on Handymade.sk. Before disposal, empty the bottle and, according to local waste-sorting rules, place the plastic body and metal cap in the appropriate containers, or separate them if the collection system requires it. In this way, you support more efficient processing and recycling of used packaging materials.
The more compact volume and the metal screw cap make this bottle a practical choice for travelling and for carrying in a handbag or cosmetic bag. For products with lower or higher viscosity, we always recommend performing a leak test before first carrying and adjusting the degree of tightening of the closure in order to minimise the risk of leakage during transport.
