Plastic bottle made from recycled material with disc-top closure is a practical packaging component for various liquid products, cosmetic preparations and auxiliary solutions for the household or workshop. Thanks to reliable sealing and easy handling, it enables convenient and controlled dispensing while at the same time protecting the contents against accidental leakage during use and storage. Recycled plastic helps to reduce the amount of waste and represents a more responsible choice for brands that care about the sustainability of their packaging.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, especially for DIY cosmetic production or when decanting larger packs into smaller application bottles. Before each new filling, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or ethanol Ethanol 96 % plant-based. Disinfection reduces the risk of product contamination and deterioration of the formulation during storage.

When filling, it is important to work in a clean environment and avoid contact of the filling opening with contaminants or inappropriate tools that could damage the rim of the neck. The contents should be poured slowly in order to minimise foaming and the trapping of air bubbles. After filling, we recommend checking the correct seating and tightening of the closure, then testing the sealing (for example by gently turning the bottle upside down) and performing a short-term compatibility test with the fill under normal storage conditions.
If you decide not to use the bottle and closure further, we recommend recycling them according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters. Before placing them in sorted waste collection, empty the packaging, rinse out any remaining product and, if necessary, separate the individual parts (bottle body, closure, any insert). Then place them in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local collection rules. In this way, you will support material circulation and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
