Is it possible to use this spray bottle repeatedly?

The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the trigger sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely in order to minimize the risk of contamination of the new fill.

How should the trigger sprayer be properly cleaned and maintained to prevent clogging?

For ongoing maintenance, we recommend that after the contents have been used up, you fill the bottle with clean water, or water with a small amount of mild cleaning agent, and actuate the mechanism several times so that the internal tube and nozzle are flushed through. When switching to a different type of formulation, it is advisable to carry out a disinfecting flush as well, followed by thorough rinsing. Avoid using very thick or crystallizing mixtures, which may clog the mechanism in the long term.

How can this packaging be safely disposed of and recycled if I do not wish to continue using it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing it in sorted waste collection according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters. You should follow the local recycling rules for plastic packaging – in particular correct separation of plastic components and removal of any remaining contents. By doing so, you support effective material processing and reduction of waste volume.

For which types of products is the trigger sprayer most suitable in terms of consistency?

The trigger sprayer is most suitable for low-viscosity, liquid preparations that can be sprayed without difficulty into a fine aerosol or mist. These are mainly aqueous solutions, hydrolates, alcoholic blends, home and textile sprays or mild cleaning solutions. Thick emulsions, gel-like or oil-based mixtures with high viscosity may have limited spraying performance and may gradually clog the mechanism, therefore an individual test is necessary for such formulations.
