The plastic bottle with disc top cap is a practical and hygienic packaging intended for modern filling of cosmetic formulations as well as other liquid preparations. Thanks to precise dispensing and comfortable opening, it is suitable for products where controlled application and easy use in both home and professional care are important.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents from external influences while allowing convenient dispensing without unnecessary contact of fingers with the product. The compact bottle fits well in the hand, is easy to fill, and is suitable for foaming, gel-based and liquid formulations that require repeated daily use.
This bottle is supplied with a disc top cap, and when selecting packaging separately on Handymade they are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and the cap with drinking water, then letting it dry completely and afterwards disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or cosmetic-grade ethanol, which you can find on Handymade. After the disinfectant has dried, fill the packaging with the final product and pay attention to the cleanliness of the work surface and tools.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the disc top cap must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol from the Handymade range. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the disinfectant should you refill the packaging, in order to ensure the highest possible cleanliness and stability of your formulation.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can clearly choose parameters such as neck type, required size, colour and packaging material. By combining these filters you can easily select bottles, dropper bottles, jars or pots that best match the consistency and method of use of your product.
After the contents have been used up, disassemble the bottle, rinse out the remaining product as much as possible and wash the packaging with a mild cleaning agent suitable for manual washing. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, let all parts dry. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging with an alcohol-based disinfectant based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. Disinfection should be carried out before each new filling, especially for watery and more sensitive cosmetic formulations.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying it and rinsing out product residues as thoroughly as possible, you place it into sorted waste according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on Handymade. The information about the material will indicate into which separate collection container you should place the packaging in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. In this way, you will support the recycling process and reduce the amount of waste that ends up in mixed municipal waste.
