Is the plastic jar also suitable for cosmetic samples and travel-size packaging?

Yes, this jar is very practical for packaging smaller quantities of creams, balms, ointments or gels that you need to have at hand when travelling or as samples for customers. The compact dimensions and lidded closure ensure convenient carrying and easy dosing without unnecessary product waste.

Can I use this jar repeatedly for different products?

The jar can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. In this way you minimize the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on the stability of the new formulation by residues of the previous product.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle the plastic jar if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the jar any longer, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. Before placing it in the separate collection system, remove any product residues, rinse the jar and place it in the appropriate container according to the material label. By following local recycling rules, you help reduce waste and enable raw materials to be reused.

What should I pay attention to when filling thicker creams or balms into the jar?

For thicker formulations we recommend filling the jar while the product is still slightly warm with a plastic, malleable consistency, so that it can be spread easily and no air bubbles form. At the same time do not overfill the jar right to the very top – leave a small headspace so that the lid can be closed comfortably and evenly without pushing out the contents. After filling, allow the product to cool down completely and settle before final storage or distribution.
