Plastic tablet jar represents a practical and hygienic container suitable for the safe packaging and storage of solid preparations such as tablets, capsules or fine loose blends. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and the precisely fitting lid, the packaging is stable, resistant to normal handling and suitable for use in both cosmetic and supplement ranges. The white, opaque construction helps protect the contents from light and visual contamination while creating a professional and clean appearance of the product.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). This will verify that the selected jar and lid will reliably maintain your product in the desired quality throughout the entire declared period of use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Is this plastic jar suitable for long-term storage of tablets and capsules?
The jar is designed to provide a stable and hygienic environment for tablets and capsules throughout their entire period of use. During filling we recommend working in a clean environment, closing the packaging properly and protecting it from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme temperatures. The specific shelf life of the final product depends on its composition and on the storage conditions specified by the product manufacturer.
Can I reuse this jar for additional batches of the product?
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the jar and lid must be thoroughly cleaned, freed from any residues of the original contents and subsequently disinfected with a suitable agent, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or with 96 % denatured plant ethanol. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol is the jar ready for further safe use.
How should I correctly recycle this jar if I no longer wish to use it?
If you decide not to reuse the jar, we recommend recycling it according to the material type stated in the parameter table on the product page. Before placing it in sorted waste, remove any remaining contents, any self-adhesive labels and check the recycling symbol on the packaging. Then place the container into the appropriate collection bin according to local waste sorting rules in your municipality or city so that the material can be further processed and utilised.
What should I take into account when filling tablets and capsules into this jar in home or craft production?
During filling we recommend working in a clean, dry environment and using disposable gloves or suitable tools for handling the tablets. The jar and lid should be completely dry and disinfected before filling in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. After filling, close the packaging thoroughly and clearly label it with a label including the product name, filling date and any safety information so that the product is clear and safe for the end user.
You offer many types of packaging – how can I find the right one for my product?
To choose a suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. With it you can quickly filter the range by neck type, required size, colour and material. By combining these parameters you can easily choose bottles, jars, pots or medicine bottles that will best match the character of your product and the desired design.
