The plastic pill jar represents a practical and reliable packaging material for solid forms such as tablets, capsules or other loose blends. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and the screw cap with induction liner, it helps keep the contents protected from moisture, air and external contaminants. The black design contributes to a modern look and provides an elegant, discreet package suitable for both professional and small artisanal brands.
The jar is designed to provide stable conditions for storing food supplements, capsules or loose blends where minimising access of oxygen and moisture is important. The combination of the plastic medicine bottle and the securely sealing cap with induction liner supports longer product stability and helps maintain its declared quality throughout the entire period of use.
This product represents a combination of jar and cap with induction liner, which is created on Handymade as a functional and tested set. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging will work optimally with your specific product under real conditions of use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The jar can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene rules are observed and it is not mechanically damaged. Before each new filling, it is important to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable product, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and preserves the quality of the new contents.
We recommend storing tablets and capsules in a dry, clean and cooler environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Always close the jar carefully to minimise the access of air and moisture, which can affect the stability and shelf life of the product. After handling, it is advisable to check whether the closure is firmly tightened and whether the foil or internal sealing elements are not visibly damaged.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters for this packaging. After emptying, remove any residues of the contents and, where appropriate, the label, and separate the packaging according to the materials (body of the jar and cap) into the appropriate collection containers intended for plastic waste. By following the recommended method of recycling, you will contribute to reducing the amount of waste and support the reprocessing of the materials used.
When selecting a suitable jar, it is important to take into account the consistency and character of the product, the desired method of dosing and the storage conditions. We recommend studying the product parameters and the Packaging Quality Certificate, where you will find information on the material and the recommended use. Afterwards, it is advisable to carry out a trial filling in a smaller series in order to verify the compatibility of the packaging with your formulation, its behaviour during storage and during everyday handling by the end user.
For easier navigation you can use the advanced filter, which is available at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. Using the filter, it is possible to clearly select packaging according to several criteria, such as the type and size of the neck, overall size of the packaging, colour or material used. In this way you obtain a quick overview of packaging that meets your technical and aesthetic requirements and you can more easily find the optimal solution for a specific product.
