Is it possible to use this plastic bottle repeatedly?

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, especially within your own workshop or when refilling the same type of product. However, before each new filling it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Following these steps helps to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and changes in the properties of the final product.

How should I correctly clean and prepare this bottle before the first filling?

Before first use we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable medium according to the type of planned product (for example distilled water or an appropriate solvent) and then disinfecting it. For disinfection it is possible to use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, available for example as IPA 99 % and Ethanol 96 %.
