The plastic bottle with a matte black cap represents a practical and elegant packaging solution suitable for both professional and home use. Thanks to the reliable screw cap and durable plastic body, it is ideal for filling various liquid and lightly viscous products where safe handling and convenient dispensing are required. The smooth surface of the packaging allows easy labelling with a sticker or print and supports the clean, minimalist appearance of the final product.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed and the material is suitable for the specific formulation. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at the appropriate concentration. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Before reuse, always make sure that the inside of the bottle and the closure are completely dry and free from residues of the original product.
Before the first filling, we recommend checking the packaging, removing any dust or manufacturing residues, and then rinsing it with a suitable medium according to the nature of the intended product (for example, for cosmetics with clean water and then alcohol). After rinsing, allow the bottle and the cap to dry completely. For final disinfection, it is appropriate to use high-proof alcohol, for example products available on Handymade in the disinfection category, such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Always follow the recommendations for the specific type of cosmetic product being filled.

This allows you to quickly find a bottle, pill bottle, jar or other container that will meet the technical requirements of your product as well as the desired visual style.
When combining the bottle with a closure or dispenser, it is important to verify the thread compatibility according to the information in the product parameters. After selecting a suitable closure, we recommend performing a practical test – checking whether the closure fits evenly, does not leak when inverted, and remains functional during long-term contact with your formulation (especially for products containing alcohol, acids or a higher proportion of essential oils). The combinations suggested directly on Handymade are tested, nevertheless your own compatibility test is crucial for safe and comfortable use of the final product.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend recycling it as much as possible in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. First, empty any remaining contents and, if possible, rinse the packaging. Then follow the recycling symbol specified in the product parameters – depending on the plastic type, place the bottle in the appropriate container for separated collection. The cap should be separated if it is made from a different material. This procedure supports responsible handling of packaging material and reduces the amount of unnecessary waste.
