The plastic bottle with a matte black cap represents a professional packaging solution suitable for various liquid and slightly viscous formulations. Thanks to its precise workmanship and reliable closure, it is ideal for the safe filling and dispensing of cosmetic products, serums, toners and auxiliary solutions used in the production of your own cosmetics. The shape and construction of the bottle allow comfortable handling during manual filling as well as in smaller production batches.
The packaging is designed to provide good protection of the contents, a clean appearance and a representative presentation of the product both on the shelf and when shipping to customers. The reliable closing system minimizes the risk of unintended leakage of the contents during storage and transport and is suitable for home crafting, artisan production and small natural cosmetics brands.
This packaging belongs to the range of individual bottles that are compatible with various types of caps and dispensing systems. Depending on the selected parameters, it can be combined for example with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators for more precise application of the product.
The packaging–closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional in terms of screwing on and basic use. For all combinations, however, we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (including viscosity, alcohol content, oils and active ingredients). This will ensure optimal user comfort and long-term stability of the final product.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, but we always recommend assessing its condition and suitability for the specific product type. Before each refilling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For final disinfection, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinný. Only after thorough drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
For cleaning the packaging, we recommend using lukewarm water and a suitable cleansing agent appropriate to the type of product residues, then rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry. It is then advisable to disinfect the bottle with an alcohol-based preparation to minimize the risk of remaining microorganisms. In the parameter table on the Handymade product page, you will find information about the material from which the packaging is made – the maximum water temperature and a gentle cleaning method should be chosen accordingly. For plastic packaging in general, we do not recommend long-term contact with very hot water or aggressive chemicals, in order to avoid damaging the surface or deforming the bottle.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material type given in the parameter table on the Handymade product page. First check the material marking (for example the recycling symbol or abbreviation in the parameters), then empty any remaining contents and, according to local separate collection rules, place the packaging in the appropriate container. The cap is often made from a different type of plastic than the bottle body, so we recommend separating it before recycling. By following the recommendations for waste sorting, you support effective recycling and the reuse of raw materials.

This way you will quickly find bottles, medicine bottles, jars or other containers that best match the consistency of your product, the required dosing and the visual style of your brand.
The bottle is ideal especially for liquid and slightly viscous products such as facial toners, hydrating and active serums, hair lotions, milks with a lighter texture or various auxiliary solutions used in skin and hair care. Suitability for a specific formula must always be verified by an individual test – particularly if the product contains a higher proportion of alcohol, oils or specific active ingredients that may affect the packaging material or the tightness of the closure in the case of long-term contact.
