The plastic bottle with a matte black screw cap represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging various liquid formulations in the field of cosmetics as well as artisanal production. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed packaging, the contents can be dispensed comfortably and stored safely, which will be appreciated by small manufacturers, natural cosmetics producers, and home creators alike. The closed system of the bottle and cap helps protect the product from impurities from the external environment and minimizes unwanted leakage during transport or use.
This type of bottle is supplied directly with a cap, and it is a functional and tested combination of packaging and closure created especially for the Handymade range. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling and adherence to hygienic principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly washing the bottle and cap, rinsing them, and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and affecting the stability of your formulation.
For cleaning the packaging, we recommend using lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent so that neither the surface of the plastic nor the sealing elements of the closure are compromised. Avoid using aggressive chemicals and abrasive sponges, which can cause scratching or weakening of the material. After washing, let the bottle dry naturally upside down and only then apply disinfection according to the type of filled formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it as a priority in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. Follow the information about the type of material given in the product parameters and, based on that, assign both the bottle and the cap to the appropriate sorted collection (most often plastic waste). Empty the packaging and, if necessary, rinse out any product residues to make its processing in the recycling process easier.
The bottle is particularly suitable for products you need to have at hand in the bathroom, salon, or cosmetics production – for example facial waters, toners, hair tonics, light serums, or other liquid preparations. Thanks to the reliable closure, it also serves well for storing intermediate products in cosmetics manufacturing, where secure closure and easy handling when pouring or measuring are important.
