Plastic bottle with matte dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for both professional and hobby use in cosmetics. Thanks to its modern design and precise dispensing, it is ideal for liquid and lightly gelled formulations where control of usage and clean product application are important. The reliable pump mechanism helps protect the contents from contamination by air and touch, which supports the stability and shelf life of your formulations.
The packaging is designed to withstand common cosmetic formulations well, such as oil/water emulsions, hydrophilic blends and lighter oil-based products. The visually clean execution of the bottle and the elegant dispenser with a subtle appearance are suitable for artisan and semi-professional production and enable you to create a uniform, representative range of products.
This bottle is supplied directly with a functional dispenser that is design- and size-matched to the specific packaging. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product even after longer storage.

The bottle with dispenser is intended primarily for liquid to semi-liquid products – body and face milks, light emulsions, moisturizing fluids, liquid soaps or gels. With very thick creams, dispensing may be limited, so we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing whether the pump expels the product smoothly and without excessive effort. If during the test the pump has difficulty drawing up the product or clogs the outlet, it is advisable to choose a thinner texture or another type of packaging.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, whether for the same type of product or for different cosmetic formulations. Before each new filling, however, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial or chemical contamination. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely and only then refill the bottle.
The plastic packaging should be cleaned with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent and then thoroughly rinsed with clean water. Avoid using very hot water, aggressive chemical cleaning agents or mechanically abrasive sponges that could damage the surface of the packaging or the functional parts of the pump. After washing, we recommend disinfecting the inner and outer surfaces with an alcohol-based product (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based) and letting everything dry completely at room temperature. The packaging is not intended for boiling or for cleaning in a dishwasher, since high temperatures can cause deformation of the plastic or weakening of the dispenser function.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters for this packaging on the Handymade.sk website. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to empty the bottle and dispenser as much as possible and rinse out any residue. Then separate the individual components according to material type (bottle body, pump, any tube, decorative elements) and place them in the appropriate containers according to the local collection system. In this way you support efficient processing of plastics and reduce the amount of waste.

This allows you to quickly search only for those products that correspond to your specific formulation and design requirements. We recommend starting by setting the key parameters (for example material and type of closure) and then, if necessary, further refining the selection using additional filters.
