Plastic bottle with matte dispenser is a practical packaging suitable for everyday use in cosmetics as well as in home production. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a reliable pump mechanism, it is ideal for filling various liquid formulations that require comfortable and controlled dispensing. The closed system helps protect the contents from external contamination and limits the product’s contact with air during use.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal handling and transport well, while the dispenser allows more precise application of the product directly where it is needed. Thanks to the clean design lines, the bottle looks professional and is also suitable for small manufacturers, studios and artisan cosmetic production.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, especially for home production or smaller cosmetic batches. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, the dispenser and all parts that come into contact with the product. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based agent, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in a quality level appropriate to the intended use of the product. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the bottle.
The bottle with pump dispenser is most suitable for liquid to medium-viscosity products that are used in smaller doses – for example body and face milks, fluid creams, moisturising and soothing emulsions, lighter cleansing preparations, gel products or treatment preparations for hands and body. In practice, it is also popular for professional working solutions in salons, where fast, hygienic and repeatable application without unnecessary contact with the contents is important.
Before first use, we recommend disassembling the packaging into individual parts, rinsing them with a suitable cleaning agent and then thoroughly rinsing with water so that no residues of the cleaning solution remain. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to carry out disinfection with alcohol – for example, by rinsing and spraying the inner and outer surfaces using products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all components to drip off freely and dry completely at room temperature so that moisture does not accumulate in the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing any product residues. The method of recycling and sorting is governed by the material specified in the product parameters – according to this, the bottle must be placed in the appropriate sorted waste stream (most often the container for plastics, or another fraction according to local rules). If the packaging has contained specific or highly pigmented formulations, it is advisable to rinse it before handing it over for recycling to minimise product residues. All information about the material can be found in the technical description and the quality certificate, which makes correct sorting easier for you.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category (for example bottles, jars, medicine bottles, etc.). In the advanced filter, you can combine several criteria at once – specific neck type, required packaging size, colour and material. In this way, you can easily display only those packages that meet your technical and design requirements and find a suitable bottle or jar for your formulation more quickly.
Before starting production, we recommend preparing a smaller test batch of the product and filling it into several units of the same packaging. During the testing, observe any possible changes on the bottle (softening, discolouration, changes of shape), as well as the proper function of the dispenser – whether it does not clog, whether it dispenses the same amount of product and whether it seals properly. Store the packages under conditions as close as possible to the planned storage of the finished product (temperature, light, handling). By this procedure, you can detect any incompatibility in time and adjust either the formula or the selected type of packaging.
