Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly, provided you follow basic hygiene rules and ensure thorough cleaning between individual fillings. Before each new filling, the bottle, the trigger mechanism and the inner tube must be carefully washed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial spoilage of the product and extend its stability during use.

The packaging is ideal for low-viscosity liquids that need to be dispensed as a fine mist or stream, for example hydrolates, toners, hair and body sprays, aromatic and interior sprays, or light cleaning solutions. For thicker emulsions or gels, spraying may be limited, therefore we recommend carrying out a trial filling before final filling and testing the smoothness of dispensing as well as the return of the trigger of the sprayer.

For long-term functionality, it is important to flush the sprayer regularly with clean water, especially when changing the type of filling. After emptying the bottle, we recommend pressing the trigger several times with clean water to flush the internal mechanism and the nozzle. For formulations containing oils, essential oils or pigments, it is advisable to devote more time to flushing and to prevent residues from drying in the nozzle, which could reduce the fineness and uniformity of the spray.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, proper recycling according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameter table is recommended. Before handing over to separate collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle, rinse out any remaining contents and, according to local sorting rules, separate the individual parts (for example, the bottle body and the sprayer). Then place them in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to the material designation, in order to maximise the possibility of their recovery through recycling.

If the spraying performance deteriorates, we recommend first checking whether the tube is bent or blocked by deposits. You can flush the nozzle and the internal mechanism with warm (not boiling) water or, if necessary, with a mild cleaning solution suitable for the type of formulation used. After thorough flushing, fill the bottle with clean water and activate the trigger several times until the jet and spray distribution become even again. For very thick or highly pigmented fillings, consider using a more suitable type of dispensing system.
