The plastic bottle with sprayer is a practical packaging suitable for filling various liquid preparations where gentle application in the form of a spray is required. The combination of a compact plastic body and a sprayer enables convenient dispensing without the hands coming into contact with the contents, which is ideal for cosmetic, hygiene and cleaning formulations. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, the packaging is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for everyday use in households, salons and smaller manufacturing workshops. The elegant coloured design with a glossy decorative element gives the final product a professional appearance, which supports the perception of the value of your product on the market.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
Before first use, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and the sprayer. It is advisable to rinse the packaging with water, or with a mild cleaning agent, and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then fill the bottle with the final product.
The packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be cleaned and then disinfected using a suitable alcohol, such as IPA 99 % or 96 % denatured plant‑based ethanol. We recommend carefully considering reuse especially for products with a higher hygiene risk (for example products intended for sensitive areas), where it is appropriate to ensure even stricter cleanliness control and to check the condition of the sprayer regularly.
Always store the filled bottle tightly closed, in a dry environment and at a stable room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight and long‑term exposure to heat sources, which may affect the stability of the cosmetic formulation as well as of the packaging itself. For products with a natural content of oils or active substances, it is also advisable to follow the recommendations of the formulator or the technical data sheets of the specific product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it and removing any remaining product. Then clean the bottle and the sprayer from visible residues of the formulation and separate them into individual parts according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. Plastic components should be placed in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local recycling rules. Following the recommended method of sorting supports efficient processing of the material in the recycling process.
