Product description

Plastic bottle, white is a practical packaging material designed for hygienic packaging of especially liquid products in cosmetics and food segment. The opaque white design helps to limit light access to the contents, which is useful for more light-sensitive formulations or products where you want to maintain a uniform packaging appearance. The packaging is PET and food grade, making it suitable for filling products intended for internal use.

Combination with caps and dispensers

The vials are compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or handy applicators) according to the selected parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

You offer a lot of packaging - how do I find the right one for my product?

We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on the category. It allows you to refine your selection by parameters such as neck, size, colour and material to match your product and chosen closure.

Is the packaging reusable?

Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene guidelines are followed. Before each refill, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - we recommend using IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before refilling.

Is the PET packaging suitable for high temperatures, machine washing or boiling?

PET material is not suitable for high temperatures as there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for dishwashing or boiling.

How do you recommend choosing the right dispenser for denser products?

For thicker products (e.g. body lotions or conditioners), we recommend choosing a dispenser that matches the viscosity - typically a pump or cap with a suitable opening. For ease of use, it is advisable to verify the dosage with a short sample test.

How do I safely dispose of and recycle the packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. As it is PET, please take the bottle to the plastic collection after emptying (and rinsing if necessary). The cap or dispenser should be separated and sorted according to the material of the specific part in accordance with local rules.

How do you recommend testing the compatibility of the container with the specific formulation?

We recommend doing a sample test: fill the container with the final formulation, close with the selected closure, and observe the tightness, dispensing, and changes over time (e.g., after 24-72 hours and after reopening). For higher levels of perfumes, essential oils or active ingredients, a compatibility test is particularly important.
