The plastic bottle with disc-top closure represents a practical and reliable solution for packaging liquid and gel preparations that require convenient, clean and controlled dispensing. Thanks to the carefully chosen packaging material and functional closure, it is suitable for everyday use in cosmetic, craft and professional formulations.
The disc-top closure allows easy one-finger opening and clean dispensing of the contents without excessive dripping, which you will appreciate with both thicker and thinner preparations. The packaging is designed for modern, aesthetic and at the same time hygienic packaging of products that need reliable protection during storage and use.
Combinations of packs and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the closure and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of the filled product.
We recommend first removing residues of the original product by rinsing with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a non-foaming detergent (if it is compatible with the packaging material), then thoroughly rinsing the bottle with clean water and letting it dry completely. Before refilling, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces with an alcohol-based preparation such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and then allow the alcohol to evaporate. When cleaning, avoid aggressive solvents that could damage the material of the closure or the seals.

This will give you an overview of packs that meet your requirements for design, compatibility with closures and the intended use of the final product.
The disc-top bottle is ideal for liquid and semi-liquid products where controlled squeezing and dispensing into the palm or onto an application surface is important. You will use it especially for shower gels, shampoos, facial and body cleansing preparations, body lotions, oil blends or lighter emulsions. It is also suitable for products used in the shower or at the washbasin, where practical one-handed opening and closing is convenient.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it as thoroughly as possible and removing any remaining contents. Then follow the recycling marking of the material given in the product parameters – according to the type of plastic or combination of materials, place the bottle and the closure into the appropriate sorted waste stream. If the packaging is made of several materials, it is advisable to separate them before sorting (for example, unscrewing the closure from the bottle body). In this way you support efficient recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
