The disc-top cap is designed primarily for liquid and medium-viscosity products such as gels, lotions or emulsions. For very thick creams, dispensing may be limited, so we recommend performing a trial filling and verifying whether the consistency of your product allows smooth extrusion through the cap opening.

Can I safely reuse this packaging for different products?

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Disinfection helps minimize the risk of microbial contamination during repeated use and protects the stability of your formulations.

How should I properly clean the bottle and disc-top cap before a new filling?

Before a new filling, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle and cap to remove residues of the previous product, then washing them with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing with clean water. After thorough drying, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces of the packaging with alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Allow the disinfectant to act for the recommended time and then ensure complete evaporation before filling the new product.

How should I properly recycle this packaging if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend disposing of it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules, according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove residue of the contents, empty the bottle and cap, and, where possible, separate the individual parts (for example, bottle and cap) if they are made from different materials.
