The plastic bottle with a transparent flip-top cap represents a practical and safe packaging for various liquid and gel-based preparations where convenient dispensing and clean application are important. Thanks to its reliable one-hand opening and controlled flow, it is suitable for cosmetic and hygiene products that require more frequent use and precise dosing without unnecessary waste.
This packaging material is designed for both professional and home use and combines hygiene, functionality and an aesthetic appearance. The flip-top system minimizes contact of the contents with the environment while also making handling easier when travelling, in the bathroom and in professional salons.
This bottle is a stand-alone package that is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters. Depending on the specific product, it can be combined with screw caps, dropper inserts, spray dispensers or practical applicators intended for cosmetic and hygiene formulations.
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, presence of alcohol, oils or active substances).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps minimize the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your formulations.
First, rinse the bottle mechanically with warm water and a mild detergent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse it thoroughly with clean water, allow it to drain and dry. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface and the cap with an alcoholic solution, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and letting it air out. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for refilling while maintaining hygiene standards.
This type of plastic packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, therefore we do not recommend washing it in a dishwasher or boiling it. When exposed to higher temperatures, there is a risk of deformation of the bottle or reduced functionality of the cap. For cleaning, it is appropriate to use only hand washing in moderately warm water, thorough rinsing and subsequent disinfection with alcohol if you plan to reuse the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend placing it in sorted collection according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters (the recycling code and material are specified for the given packaging). Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the bottle and rinse out any product residues. Proper sorting according to local waste collection rules ensures that the material can be further recovered in the recycling process.
