Plastic bottle with a glossy surface and a practical dispenser with cap represents a professional solution for packaging modern liquid cosmetic products. Thanks to its well-designed shape and reliable dispensing mechanism, it supports precise application and hygienic handling of the contents. The opaque design helps protect sensitive components from light, which is particularly advantageous for products containing plant extracts or active ingredients.
The packaging is suitable for a wide range of liquid and lightly gel-textured formulations that require repeated dosing without contact with a larger amount of air. The elegant combination of the glossy bottle and the aesthetic dispenser with cap creates a representative impression, which makes the bottle ready for use in home-made formulations as well as in small-scale cosmetic production.
This description refers to the complete combination bottle + dispensing mechanism with cap. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular with regard to sealing, dosing uniformity and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of oil and alcohol components, surface-active substances, etc.). In this way you will verify that the selected packaging will work for your type of product in the long term and without complications.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispensing mechanism and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely in a clean place so that moisture does not accumulate in the container, which could affect the stability of the final product.
Plastic cosmetic packaging is generally not intended for exposure to high temperatures or for sterilisation by boiling. Contact with excessive heat may cause undesirable deformation of the bottle or the dispensing mechanism, which could affect sealing as well as dosing accuracy. For the same reason, we do not recommend washing the packaging in a dishwasher. For cleaning and disinfection, it is more suitable to use cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent and then disinfect with alcohol, while taking care to dry all parts thoroughly.
The bottle with dispenser is ideal especially for low- to medium-viscosity liquid preparations, such as light emulsions, fluids, serums and thin gel products. For very thick creams or balms, dosing may be difficult, so we recommend carrying out a test with a smaller amount of the formulation before final filling. This will verify whether the chosen consistency allows smooth and even dosing without overpressure or clogging of the pump.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the local waste-sorting rules set out in the guidelines of your town or municipality. Before placing it in the container, remove product residues, rinse the bottle and, depending on the material type, place it in the appropriate separate collection (the type of plastic can be found in the parameter table for the product on the website). The dispensing mechanism may contain a combination of several materials and is therefore usually placed in the plastic collection; however, if the local rules specify a different procedure, follow their recommendations.
Repeated use of the packaging is possible provided that appropriate hygiene and manufacturing procedures are followed. Before each subsequent filling, it is necessary to disassemble the bottle, dispenser and cap (if the design allows), clean them mechanically and then disinfect them using a suitable alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. We also recommend keeping internal records of the number of repeated-use cycles and visually checking whether there is any wear on the thread, sealing or on the dispensing mechanism itself.
