The plastic bottle with a glossy surface and a practical disc-top cap represents professional packaging for modern cosmetic formulations as well as artisanal bathroom products. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, the packaging is suitable for filling various liquid, gel and lightly viscous preparations, while the disc-top cap allows comfortable, controlled dosing without unnecessary product waste.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents from contact with the external environment and at the same time to look aesthetic even when displayed on a shelf or in body care sets. The smooth surface of the bottle is suitable for labels, branding or individual marking, which will be appreciated by small artisanal brands as well as larger manufacturers.
This bottle is supplied in a practical set with a disc-top cap, which allows comfortable, more precise dosing of liquid and semi-liquid preparations. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are followed and the material is suitable for the given type of formulation. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at the appropriate concentration. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging is completely dry is it appropriate to proceed with a new filling.
We recommend protecting the packaging from mechanical damage, long-term exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When cleaning, use mild soapy solutions or suitable cleaning agents and a soft sponge or cloth to avoid scratching the surface. After washing, allow the bottle to drip dry naturally and to dry thoroughly, then disinfect it and refill it.
The disc-top cap is designed to facilitate the dosing of liquid and semi-liquid products. Common gels, lighter emulsions and liquid soaps can be dosed comfortably, but with very thick formulations the application may be less smooth. In such a case, we recommend first trying a small test amount to verify the suitability of the viscosity for this type of cap and bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the parameter table directly at the product. Before handing it over for separate collection, empty the bottle, if necessary rinse out any product residues and remove remaining labels if required by local recycling rules. Then place the packaging in the appropriate container intended for the given type of plastic so that it can be recovered as efficiently as possible in the recycling process.
