The plastic bottle with a matte black cap represents a practical container for safely packaging various liquid and slightly viscous preparations. Thanks to the precise finish of the neck and the high-quality closure, it is suitable for products where clean dispensing, protection of the contents and a professional appearance of the finished product are important. The brown version helps to limit light exposure to more sensitive formulations, which supports their stability during storage and use.
This packaging is designed for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and technical mixtures where a combination of durable plastic material, reliable sealing and aesthetic design is required. The bottle is suitable for home-made and artisanal products, small series as well as test batches and helps to maintain consistent quality during repeated use by the customer.
This bottle is a stand-alone container that is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options according to the selected parameters in the online shop. It can be used with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, which makes it possible to adapt the final product to the specific way it is used.
The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging fully meets the requirements of your specific product.

For plastic packaging made from PET material, it is important to observe the correct conditions of use. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures in order to prevent undesirable deformation of the packaging or deterioration of its functional properties. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Gentle cleaning at lower temperatures and the use of the recommended disinfectants are advised.
The bottle can, if hygiene principles are observed, be used repeatedly for the same or a similar type of product. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. At the same time, it is advisable to verify the compatibility of the container and closure with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, pH, etc.) so that the sealing or the packaging material is not impaired.
When cleaning PET packaging, it is appropriate to use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent in order to preserve the shape and functionality of the bottle. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore do not boil the bottle or the closure and do not wash them in a dishwasher, where there is a risk of deformation. After washing, rinse the container thoroughly with clean water, allow it to dry completely and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant before the next filling.
The plastic bottle is lightweight and mechanically resistant, which makes it a practical choice for travelling and for everyday carrying in a bag. With an appropriately chosen type of closure (for example a high-quality screw cap or a sealing applicator) it provides good protection against unwanted leakage of the contents. Before first use, we recommend testing whether the chosen type of closure, together with your formulation, seals reliably even with repeated opening, handling and changes in pressure during transport.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend placing it in sorted waste collection according to the material designation given in the product parameters. First empty the bottle and cap, rinse off any product residues and separate the individual parts according to the type of material (for example the plastic body of the bottle and the separate plastic cap, as well as any inserts and seals). Then place them in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local recycling rules. By sorting correctly, you help to reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of the material.

This allows you to quickly filter out the packaging that corresponds to your formulation, the required dosing and the visual style of your brand, and thus more easily find the optimal solution for your product.
