Plastic bottle with matte dispenser represents an aesthetic and practical packaging solution for the careful filling of liquid products, especially in the field of cosmetics and modern artisan production. Thanks to its reliable construction and practical dosing, it is suitable for hygienic, precise and controlled application use, in which finger contact with the contents is minimized and the risk of product contamination is reduced.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal use in the bathroom, salons and home production, while allowing convenient dispensing of various liquid preparations. The combination of plastic bottle and dispenser is particularly suitable for products that require repeated use in smaller doses and an emphasis on cleanliness of application.
This product is a combination of bottle and dispenser, designed to provide practical and functional packaging for various types of liquid formulations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, foaming, any alcohol content or oil components).

The bottle can be used repeatedly, provided that basic hygiene rules are observed and material compatibility with your formulation is taken into account. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after it is completely dry is the packaging ready for the next safe filling.
This type of bottle is ideal for liquid to medium-viscosity products that can be conveniently dispensed using the dispenser – for example body lotions, light emulsions, liquid soaps, hair tonics or oil blends. For very thick creams or balms, dosing may be limited, so we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the product in the packaging before filling the entire production batch.
After emptying, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a suitable mild cleaning agent, then rinsing it thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry. Before the next filling, the packaging must be disinfected – for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol, which should be allowed to evaporate completely after application. From a hygiene perspective, it is also important to pay attention to the dispenser itself, which comes into direct contact with the product.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend responsibly recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. First, empty any remaining contents as thoroughly as possible, rinse the packaging and then separate it according to the materials used (bottle body, dispenser, any multi-component parts). Place the bottle body into the appropriate sorted collection according to the material designation; components that do not belong in ordinary plastic sorting should be handed over in accordance with local waste management regulations. In the advanced filter, packaging can be clearly sorted according to several parameters – for example according to neck type and size, desired volume, colour or material. This allows you to quickly filter only those bottles, jars or pots that best match your product and technical requirements.
