Brown plastic bottle with white top 100 ml is a practical and reliable packaging container designed primarily for filling liquid cosmetic products and other formulations where protection of the contents and convenient dosing are important. Thanks to the appropriately selected plastic material, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress and suitable for everyday use in home cosmetics as well as small-scale production. The brown coloration of the packaging helps reduce the penetration of light to more sensitive substances, and the white top ensures a clean, professional appearance and comfortable handling.
The standalone plastic bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected product parameters. Depending on the specific neck finish and combination, you can use, for example, screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators for precise dosing of the liquid.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing behaviour and reaction of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed and it does not show signs of damage or material fatigue. However, before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, ideally using alcohol-based disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or plant-based ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Disinfection helps to minimise microbial risks and contributes to a longer shelf life of your product. When reusing, always also take into account the compatibility of the packaging with the new formulation.
First rinse the packaging to remove residues of the original product, if necessary using a mild cleaning agent and warm (not hot) water. After thorough rinsing, allow the packaging to drain and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or with 96 % plant-based ethanol. After applying the disinfectant, allow the alcohol to evaporate and make sure that the inside of the bottle is completely dry before the next filling. With this procedure, you reduce the risk of contamination of the product and prolong its stability.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend as a first step to empty it as thoroughly as possible and remove any product residues. The subsequent recycling procedure is governed by the material designation indicated in the product parameters and on the packaging. According to this designation, place the bottle in the appropriate separated waste stream (usually the plastic container), in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. It is also advisable to recycle the closure according to its material designation; if it is made from a different material than the bottle body, it is recommended to separate them before handing them over for sorted collection. In this way, you support efficient recycling and reduce the environmental burden.
We recommend storing the filled packaging in a dry, clean place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Avoid exposure to high temperatures, which can negatively affect not only the formulation itself but also the plastic material of the packaging. Always close the bottle tightly to reduce the risk of contamination, drying out or evaporation of volatile components. For sensitive formulations, it is advisable to follow the storage recommendations provided by the manufacturer of the formula or raw materials.
The simplest way to select suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging category. After clicking on the category at the top of the page, you will find the option to filter according to key parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. Using these filters, you can quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that meets the requirements of your formulation, dosing and visual style. This enables you to efficiently compare several options and find the optimal solution for your final product.
