The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging solution for a wide range of liquid products where uniform and comfortable dosing in the form of a fine spray is important. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, reliable spray mechanism and design execution, it is suitable for artisan, professional and semi-professional production of cosmetics and household preparations.
This packaging is designed to protect the contents, simplify application and support precise dosing without unnecessary waste. It is ideal for filling liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that need to be dispersed into a fine mist – from cosmetics to specialised products for the body, hair or household.
This plastic packaging with spray pump forms a complete functional set – bottle + dosing component intended for convenient application of liquid preparations in the form of a spray. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
The technical and material properties of the packaging are described in detail so that you can correctly design your product, the filling method and storage. All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be reused provided that correct hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Only after it is completely dry is it appropriate to refill the packaging, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and product spoilage.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend emptying it, rinsing it basically and sorting it according to the material specified in the product parameters. Place the container in the appropriate recycling stream according to the plastic type and the spray pump according to local recycling rules (usually mixed waste or a specific collection of plastic components). By recycling you reduce the amount of waste and support a responsible approach to packaging materials.
It is best suited for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied as an even mist. These are mainly toners, facial and body sprays, hair lotions, interior and textile sprays, as well as light functional solutions for the household. For thicker emulsions and gels, we recommend testing in advance whether the consistency allows smooth spraying without clogging the nozzle.
For long-term functionality of the spray pump, we recommend regularly checking the cleanliness of the nozzle and the dip tube. When changing the contents or after extended use, it is advisable to flush the mechanism with clean water or a suitable cleaning solution, then allow it to dry and only then refill. Do not store the bottle permanently in a horizontal position and avoid exposing it to excessive pressure so that the thread or dosing system is not damaged.
