The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical and durable packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid products where gentle and even application in the form of a mist or spray is important. Thanks to the plastic material used, the bottle is lightweight, mechanically stable and suitable for everyday use in the household, cosmetics and artisan production. The dark design also helps protect more sensitive formulation components from light exposure, which supports stability and extends the usability of the contents.
This packaging is ideal for projects where you require a functional, reliable and well-sealing spray pump – from cosmetic toners and facial waters to cleaning and disinfecting solutions based on alcohol or water. Thanks to its practical shape and ergonomic sprayer, handling is comfortable and also suitable for travel or frequent carrying.
This product consists of a bottle supplied with a functional spray pump which ensures convenient use and even application of the contents. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging is intended for various types of liquid formulations including products containing alcohol, such as disinfecting and refreshing sprays. For each specific composition we recommend preparing a trial batch and monitoring the behaviour of the material as well as the sprayer over time (sealing, spray performance and any changes in the appearance of the packaging).
Yes, the packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray pump must be cleaned thoroughly and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to dry well and only then refill it, in order to maintain the stability and safety of your formulation.
To clean the packaging, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, and if necessary follow with disinfection. The plastic material should not be exposed to high temperatures in order to prevent deformation or weakening. The packaging is not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher or for boiling. High temperatures may affect the shape of the bottle as well as the functionality of the spray pump, therefore gentle hand cleaning and disinfection at room temperature is recommended.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. Before disposal, empty the bottle and the spray pump, rinse off any residue of the contents where possible and separate the individual parts (bottle body, closure and possibly the dip tube) according to local recycling rules. Follow the material designation in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade.sk website and place the packaging in the appropriate container designated for that type of plastic.
