The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical packaging solution for professional and home formulations where even, fine mist spraying is required. Thanks to its compact shape and reliable mechanical system, it is suitable for filling various liquid blends for cosmetic and cleaning applications. The darker version of the packaging helps reduce light penetration and contributes to better protection of more sensitive components against degradation.
The sprayer enables convenient and controlled application directly onto the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles, while minimizing product waste. The durable plastic material, combined with a high-quality spraying mechanism, provides good stability during normal use and transport. The packaging is suitable for liquid products with low to medium viscosity that are dispensed as a fine mist or spray.
This standalone bottle is supplied with a sprayer and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems with the same neck parameters (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the packaging material category. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify the product’s stability during long-term storage.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as it is in good technical condition and you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and the negative influence on the new formulation by residues of the previous product.
First, rinse the packaging mechanically with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a mild detergent to remove residues of the original product. Then allow the bottle and the internal parts of the sprayer to be thoroughly rinsed with clean water and to dry. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the internal surface of the packaging as well as the dip tube and sprayer head using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %. Allow the disinfectant solution to act briefly and then let the packaging air-dry at room temperature.
Plastic packaging is designed for use at normal room temperatures and for storage away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not expose the bottle to high temperatures, for example during boiling, sterilisation in boiling water or dishwashing in a dishwasher, because this may lead to deformation, reduced mechanical stability and impaired closure tightness. When filling with hot blends, always check the recommendations for the specific material and work within a temperature range that does not compromise the shape stability of the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend disposing of it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. First use up or remove as much of the product residues as possible, and optionally rinse the bottle. Then separate the packaging into individual parts (bottle, sprayer, any caps) and place them in the appropriate sorted waste according to local rules – the type of plastic and the recommended recycling method can be found in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. In this way you ensure more sustainable handling of the packaging material.
The easiest way is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging material category. After clicking on the category, the advanced filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to clearly sort the offer according to multiple parameters. You can filter by neck type, size, colour and material, or combine several criteria at once. This will quickly narrow down your selection to packaging that best matches your specific formulation and intended use.
