The plastic bottle with a matte black cap is a practical and reliable packaging intended for hygienic and aesthetic packing of various liquid and slightly viscous formulations. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, it is suitable for storing cosmetic preparations, body care products as well as various auxiliary solutions that you need to keep clearly organized and safely closed. The closure provides good sealing of the contents, which helps minimize the risk of leakage or contamination during normal use and transport.
Bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
If you use active ingredients, oils or alcoholic solutions in your work, it is advisable to test the packaging on a small trial batch and verify whether there are any changes in colour, odour, viscosity or weakening of the material at the point of contact with the contents.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (for example products available on Handymade: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely and only then fill it again.
First rinse the bottle to remove residues of the original product, then wash it with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent that does not leave a film or fragrance. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend disinfecting the inside and neck of the packaging with a suitable alcoholic solution and leaving it to dry freely upside down. Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasive sponges that could damage the surface or weaken the material.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, therefore we do not recommend washing it in a dishwasher or boiling it. When exposed to hot water, hot steam or prolonged contact with high temperature, the packaging may gradually deform, the walls may weaken or the sealing of the closure may deteriorate. For cleaning, use rather lukewarm water, a mild detergent and subsequent disinfection with alcohol.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging any further, we recommend responsibly recycling it according to the material designation in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. Before handing it over to separate collection, empty the bottle, rinse it to remove product residues and, according to local rules, separate the individual parts (for example the cap). Then place the packaging in the appropriate container designated for that type of plastic. In this way you will support proper recycling of the material and reduce the amount of waste.
For fast and accurate search of the packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can clearly set the required parameters, such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. In this way you can easily narrow down the offer to only those bottles, vials or jars that best match your specific product and technological requirements.
When filling thicker or oil-based formulations, we recommend working at room temperature and using a suitable funnel or filling device to avoid contamination of the neck and thread. After filling, check that the thread is clean and only then carefully close the cap. For oils and perfume compositions it is advisable to first test the packaging on a small sample to verify that the material remains stable and that there is no softening or discolouration of the bottle walls.
