Is this bottle suitable for repeated use?

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using alcohol-based preparations, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate and only then refill the packaging, in order to reduce the risk of microbial contamination and maintain the stability of your formulations.

How should I correctly recycle the plastic packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is appropriate, after emptying and basic rinsing, to place it into sorted waste according to the material stated in the product parameters. The plastic body of the bottle and the pump usually belong in the container designated for plastic waste, but we always recommend checking the material symbol and local sorting rules. Before handing over for recycling, remove product residues and compress the packaging so that it takes up as little space as possible.

How to achieve smooth dosing without air intake in the pump?

For thicker emulsions we recommend testing pumpability – if the product is too thick, it is appropriate to slightly adjust the formulation or choose another type of packaging, for example a jar or a bottle with a larger dosing mechanism.
