The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical packaging for a wide range of liquid preparations where fine and even atomization is important. Thanks to the integrated trigger mechanism, it is suitable for products where convenient dosing over a larger area or repeated application without contact with the contents is required. This packaging is ideal wherever you appreciate the combination of low weight, impact resistance and reliable closure.
The lightweight plastic material of the bottle in combination with the robust sprayer ensures comfortable handling even during longer-term use. The well-sealing closure with spray mechanism helps protect the contents against unwanted leakage, contamination or evaporation and at the same time enables hygienic, controlled application of the preparation directly onto the skin, a surface or into the air.
This bottle is supplied as a functional unit with a trigger sprayer, and packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. This means that the sprayer is matched to the bottle so that correct mechanism operation and reliable sealing are ensured.
Despite internal tests carried out at Handymade.sk, we recommend performing your own compatibility test for every product – check sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, proportion of oil phase, etc.). Before final filling, always assess whether the packaging is suitable in terms of both functionality and long-term stability of your product.

Yes, the packaging can be reused with a suitable type of filling, but consistent adherence to hygienic practices is essential. Before every new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray mechanism and then disinfecting them with an appropriate agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the lifetime of your own preparations.
The trigger sprayer is ideal for liquid, low-viscosity preparations that are intended to be applied as a fine to medium spray. In practice it is used mainly for refreshers, hydrolats, disinfectant sprays, light cleaning solutions and aromatherapeutic blends for use in the air or on textiles. For thicker emulsions or oil-based blends, it is advisable to perform a trial filling first to verify smooth mechanism operation and even dosing.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend rinsing the bottle and the trigger sprayer with a suitable cleaning solution and then with clean water to remove residues of the original product. When changing the type of filling, it is important to avoid mixing incompatible components that could clog the mechanism. Before reuse, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging and the parts that come into contact with the product with agents such as IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %, allow them to evaporate thoroughly and only then fill with a new preparation.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residues. Then follow the recycling recommendations according to the material designation given in the product parameters on the Handymade.sk website – it is advisable to dismantle the bottle and the sprayer into individual parts and place them in the appropriate collection containers according to the plastic type. By following these recommendations, you will contribute to more environmentally considerate waste management and effective recycling of used packaging.
