Plastic bottle with disc-top closure represents a practical and professional solution for packaging liquid cosmetic preparations as well as other products where convenient dispensing is important. Thanks to the durable plastic material and functional closure, the packaging is suitable for everyday use in home cosmetics, artisan production and small-scale professional manufacturing.
The disc-top closure enables controlled and clean dispensing without unscrewing, which reduces the risk of contamination of the contents and increases user comfort. The bottle is designed to reliably protect the packaged product from external influences while at the same time facilitating application when used in the bathroom, in the shower or on the go.
This bottle is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and disc-top closure. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging cooperates optimally with your specific product.

The packaging is made of a plastic material for which proper handling and gentle maintenance are necessary. The material should not be exposed to high temperatures, because excessive thermal load may lead to deformation of the packaging and deterioration of sealing. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. When deciding about recycling, follow the recommendations resulting from the type of plastic specified in the product parameters – according to this, choose the appropriate sorting container in accordance with local waste collection rules.
Yes, the packaging can be reused under normal use, provided that you observe basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected – for this purpose we recommend, for example, technical alcohol or isopropyl alcohol, which you can find in the range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. At the same time, make sure not to clean the packaging at high temperatures, not to boil it and not to wash it in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation.
First rinse the bottle and disc-top closure with a suitable cleaning agent and warm (not hot) water to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse with clean water and use an alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry freely at room temperature. Avoid using boiling water, boiling the packaging or using a dishwasher, so as not to damage or deform the plastic.
To choose suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or pots). Using the filter, you can quickly narrow down the range according to parameters such as neck type, packaging size, colour and material used. In this way you will select packaging that best matches the consistency of your product, the method of application and the visual requirements of your brand.
The disc-top closure is ideal for liquid and medium-viscosity products where dosing in small amounts without unscrewing the closure is important. It is excellent for shampoos, shower gels, body and facial milks, hair products, cleansing solutions or micellar waters. Thanks to the push-down mechanism, it is comfortable to use even in the shower or when working with gloves, and it reduces the risk of unwanted spillage of contents during transport.
Store the bottle in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not expose it to high temperatures, for example near radiators, in a parked car in the sun or during hot-air drying, in order to avoid deformation of the plastic and deterioration of sealing. When storing a filled product, we recommend always closing the closure tightly and not subjecting the bottle to excessive mechanical pressure. This will prolong the service life of the packaging and the comfort of its repeated use.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend first completely emptying it and, if possible, rinsing out any product residues. Then follow the information on the type of plastic stated in the product parameters – based on this, choose a suitable sorting container for plastic in accordance with local waste collection rules. The closure can be sorted together with the bottle if it is made of the same or a compatible plastic; in the case of different materials, it is ideal to separate the individual parts. In this way you will ensure the most efficient possible recycling of the packaging.
