Plastic bottle with aluminum cap represents a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for various liquid and slightly viscous formulations. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal handling, and suitable for everyday use in home production as well as in small-scale artisan production. The aluminum closure helps protect the contents from external influences and enables safe closing and transport of the product.
The packaging is designed to withstand repeated opening and closing without significant wear, which is ideal for cosmetic preparations, homemade blends, or semi-professional products. Thanks to its stable shape and modern appearance, the bottle is also suitable for representative packaging of finished products intended for sale or as a gift.
The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps, or practical applicators), depending on the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the cap and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safety of use of the contents.
After emptying, we recommend rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent, rinsing well, and allowing it to dry thoroughly. Before refilling, it is advisable to disinfect the inner space of the bottle and the thread of the cap with alcohol, for example using the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After applying the alcohol, let the packaging air-dry so that any residual alcohol evaporates before filling with the final product.

In the advanced filter, you can conveniently filter according to parameters such as neck type, packaging size, color, and material. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the offer to the packaging that is most suitable for your specific formulation and method of dosing.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended for long-term exposure to high temperatures, for boiling, or for washing in a dishwasher. With excessive heat, undesired softening or deformation of the material may occur, which can affect the tightness of the aluminum cap as well as the overall appearance of the bottle. We recommend using lukewarm water, gentle cleaning, and avoiding direct contact with heat sources.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local separate-waste collection rules. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the bottle and cap and briefly rinse off any product residues. Then follow the material designation given in the product parameters on the website, based on which you will place the packaging in the appropriate type of container (for example for plastics or metals). In this way, you support the reprocessing of materials and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
