The plastic bottle for fabric softener is a practical container for safe storage and convenient pouring of liquid products in the home and in production. The handle shape makes it easy to handle for everyday use and, when properly sealed, helps keep the contents protected from unwanted spills. The HDPE material is suitable for packaging common liquids, and we recommend keeping the container in a clean, dry environment during storage to keep it ready for hygienic filling.
The bottles are compatible with different types of caps and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
It is most commonly used for fabric softeners, washing gels and various cleaning solutions. In practice, it is also suitable for other liquid products, and we recommend that you verify compatibility with the specific formulation by self-testing.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene principles are observed. Before each refill, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable, and then allowed to dry completely.
We recommend filling the container with the final product, sealing it with your chosen closure and testing it in real life conditions: tipping, carrying, reopening and pouring. Observe the seal, any leakage and dispensing comfort.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Empty the packaging, rinse, allow to dry and sort into plastic according to the material specified in the product parameters; if the cap is of a different material, it is advisable to separate and sort it separately.
The advanced filter at the top of the page when you click on a category will help you. You can filter by neck, size, colour and material to quickly select packaging compatible with both your closure and product type.
The plastic bottle cap in black is a practical closure element designed to securely close bottles with a compatible thread. Suitably complements packaging for liquid products where a reliable seal and comfortable handling are important in normal use. The product parameters indicate cosmetic quality, which makes the closure suitable for products intended for the cosmetic segment.
Combinations of packaging and closures, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend to perform your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).
Yes, cosmetic quality is indicated in the product parameters. In practice, we always recommend testing the seal and compatibility of the cap with the specific formulation (especially for higher levels of perfumes, tensides or solvents).
Yes, the cap can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. We recommend that it is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before refilling - e.g. IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable ethanol are suitable choices. When reusing, also check that the cap is not damaged or deformed.
Ensure that the threads of both the bottle and the cap are clean and free of product residue, tighten the cap with adequate force and perform a brief seal test (e.g. by turning the bottle bottom up) before use. For more aggressive formulations, a longer compatibility test is recommended.
Store in a dry and clean environment. We recommend protecting the caps from dust and direct contamination so that they are ready for hygienic use when filled.
If you decide not to reuse the cap, we recommend recycling it. As it is a plastic packaging component, it usually belongs in the sorted plastics collection - however, please follow local rules and any material labelling on the product. Before recycling, empty the closure and rinse as necessary to remove product residue.
We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on a specific category. You can filter by: neck, size, colour, material - so you can quickly find a compatible packaging and cap for your product.
