The plastic flat transparent bottle is a compact container designed for packaging and carrying smaller batches of liquid products. It is a PET container that is lightweight, strong and transparent, allowing easy visual inspection of the contents. The flat shape is practical for travel, sampling and storage in smaller areas where efficient use of space is important.
The bottles are compatible with different types of caps and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), e.g. with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%.
It is not advisable to expose the PET material to high temperatures as there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. The packaging is not dishwasher safe or suitable for boiling; choose thorough cleaning and subsequent disinfection for reuse.
We recommend a self-test for compatibility: cap seal, dispensing comfort and packaging behaviour in storage. For products with stronger perfumes, higher alcohol content or active ingredients, the test is particularly important.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Empty, rinse and sort the packaging into a plastics collection as PET; separate the cap or dispenser and sort separately according to local sorting rules.

The plastic bottle cap, white is a practical closure element designed for safe and hygienic closure of containers with compatible neck. Designed with an integral locking ring, it serves as a first-open check - once unscrewed, the ring remains on the bottle, increasing the credibility of the package. The top is suitable for packaging both liquid and bulk products and, depending on the quality indicated on the product, can be used in both cosmetic and food applications.

An integral cap has a locking ring designed to stay on the bottle after the first time you open it. It serves as a visual check on the first opening and increases the safety of the package.
Yes, the cap can also be used with food grade products if the food grade is listed with the product. For a specific application, we always recommend testing the entire bottle + cap combination in real conditions.
Yes, the cap can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the cap must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, allow the lid to dry thoroughly.
If you decide not to reuse the lid, we recommend recycling it. As it is plastic packaging, the lid belongs in the sorted plastic collection in accordance with local rules and the instructions of your collection company.
