Flat transparent plastic bottle with black smooth dispenser represents a practical and professional packaging solution for various liquid products, especially cosmetic and hygiene formulations. Thanks to its compact shape and integrated dispensing system, the bottle is suitable for precise and comfortable application of products, while the transparent walls allow for easy visual inspection of the contents. This packaging is popular among small cosmetic manufacturers, artisan brands and creators of test samples.
This product represents a combination of packaging and a dispensing component. Combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging also works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When working with plastic packaging, it is important to respect the recommended conditions of use and filling, especially in the case of elevated temperature of the product being filled and during long-term storage.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided basic hygiene rules are followed and the material is compatible with your formulation. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. With repeated use, always check the mechanical functionality of the dispenser and the visual condition of the plastic.
For plastic packaging, it is not suitable to expose the material to high temperatures, because the bottle may soften or deform and the functionality of the dispenser may deteriorate. It is recommended to fill only after partial cooling of the product to a temperature that is in accordance with the recommendations for the given type of plastic. The packaging is not intended for boiling or for washing in a dishwasher – give preference to gentle manual cleaning and disinfection with a suitable alcohol solution.
First rinse the bottle and the dispenser with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and thoroughly remove any residues of the previous product. We then recommend using an alcohol-based disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol 99% or vegetable ethanol 96%, which should be left to evaporate freely after rinsing. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for refilling. When cleaning the dispenser, it is advisable to press the mechanism several times so that the disinfectant reaches the inside of the system.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. It is advisable to separate the bottle and the dispenser and place them in the collection container for the respective material according to local recycling rules. In this way, you support responsible handling of packaging and minimise the amount of waste.

This allows you to easily choose packaging that best matches the properties of your specific product and the required dosing method.
