The plastic bottle with a transparent body and matte black cap is a universal container suitable for a wide range of liquid and gel formulations. Thanks to its durable material, precise threading and reliable closure, it provides secure packaging for cosmetic as well as technical formulations, where cleanliness, aesthetics and control over dosing are important.
The transparent walls of the container allow for easy visual inspection of the contents and their volume, which you will appreciate in professional manufacturing as well as in smaller artisan batches. The elegant matte black cap gives the bottle a premium look and supports a unified design across your product lines.
The standalone plastic bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems, such as screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators – according to the parameters selected when ordering. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of correct functionality under your specific conditions.

If the container is made of PET material, take into account the specifics of this plastic during use: PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, at which it may soften and there is a risk of deformation of the container. Such a container is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Gentle cleaning at lower temperatures and the use of suitable disinfectants intended for contact with packaging are recommended.
The container can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed and its suitability for the specific type of product is assessed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow the container to dry completely at room temperature, away from direct heat, and only then refill it.
For PET containers, gentle hand cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild detergent is recommended, without using high temperatures. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, so do not wash the container in a dishwasher and do not boil it, otherwise there is a risk of deformation. After washing, allow the bottle to dry naturally, and optionally disinfect it afterwards with a suitable alcohol-based product and again let it air out completely, so that no residues of moisture or disinfectant remain inside.
Before filling, it is important to check the cleanliness and integrity of the container, the thread and the cap. Use appropriate filling tools (funnels, dosing pumps) to avoid contamination of the contents and unnecessary foaming. It is recommended to carry out a trial filling and a short-term compatibility test to verify the behaviour of your formulation in contact with the plastic (colour, odour, viscosity, sealing of the closure). For products sensitive to light, choose appropriate storage away from direct sunlight.
If you decide not to reuse the container, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table for the product. First, empty the bottle and cap thoroughly and, if possible, rinse them to minimise product residues. Then sort the container into the appropriate plastic recycling bin according to your local recycling rules. Always follow the material labelling and the recommendations in the product parameters so that recycling is as effective as possible and in line with applicable legislation.
