Product description

The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and visually clean packaging for various liquid preparations where more precise and hygienic dosing is important. Is it possible to use this plastic bottle repeatedly?

The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol) or ethanol (Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the usability of the contents when the packaging is used repeatedly.

For which type of products is this packaging most suitable?

The bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid and gel products where precise and hygienic application is important – for example body and face lotions, liquid soaps, aftershave gels, serums, light emulsions, oil body blends or hand disinfectant solutions. Before filling thicker or specific formulations, we recommend carrying out a dosing trial to verify flow and comfort of use.

How should I correctly clean and disinfect the bottle before another filling?

After emptying, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent suitable for dishes, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and letting it dry completely. Afterwards rinse or spray the inner surface and the dispensing mechanism with an alcohol disinfectant solution, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. PET plastic is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, therefore do not boil the bottle and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation of the packaging or damage to the surface.

How should I correctly recycle this plastic packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, handing it over for recycling according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Information about the material can be found in the technical parameters at the product – based on this, place the packaging in the appropriate sorted waste (e.g. plastic container). Before disposal it is advisable to separate the dispensing head from the body of the packaging to facilitate sorting and subsequent processing. Avoid burning under household conditions and always follow local waste sorting rules.
