The plastic bottle with a transparent body and a white-silver glossy dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for modern liquid formulations. Thanks to reliable dosing, it is suitable for filling products where control of consumption, clean application and comfortable user experience are important. The transparent container body allows visual control of the contents and easy monitoring of the amount of product.
This cosmetic bottle is conceived as a functional and representative packaging for emulsions, serums, gels or aqueous solutions. The combination of a plastic body and a high-quality dispenser supports good stability of the packaged product during normal use and at the same time minimizes undesirable contamination during dosing.
This product is supplied as a combination of bottle and dispenser, therefore it is designed at the factory to be mutually compatible and functional during normal use.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If you decide not to reuse this packaging after the contents have been used up, we recommend recycling it correctly according to the material type stated in the product parameters. Assigning it to the appropriate sorting stream (e.g. plastic, glass, etc.) allows efficient processing and reduces the amount of waste.
The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. To disinfect surfaces and packaging you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the disinfectant has completely dried is it appropriate to fill the packaging again.
First remove the remains of the original product mechanically and by washing with a suitable cleaning agent that is compatible with the packaging material and the formulation used. We then recommend rinsing the bottle and the dispensing part with clean water and, after drying, disinfecting the surface, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that the next product is not diluted or affected by residual alcohol.
On the Handymade website you can use the advanced filter located at the top part after opening the relevant packaging category. Using the filter you can clearly narrow down the range according to parameters such as neck type, pack size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly find the bottle, jar or other container that will best correspond to the properties of your product and the desired appearance of the packaging.
The dispenser is designed for liquid to medium-viscosity formulations, such as light emulsions, fluid creams, serums or gel preparations. For very thick creams or balms, dosing may be less smooth. Therefore, with a new formulation we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the product in the packaging in order to verify the smoothness of dosing and comfort during use.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend disposing of it by sorting waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. First empty the container contents as much as possible; you can also rinse it so that no larger amount of product remains in it. Then place the packaging in the collection container intended for the given material type (for example, the appropriate container for plastics or another type according to the labelling). Correct sorting allows efficient recycling and a more environmentally friendly approach.
When filling and storing, we recommend following the recommendations of the manufacturer of your formulation and taking into account the packaging material stated in the product parameters. In general, it is advisable to avoid extreme temperatures and long-term exposure to direct sunlight, unless this is explicitly permitted for the given material type and product composition. When using a new formulation for the first time, it is always a good idea to carry out a short-term stability test to verify that the packaging and dispenser remain functional and without visible changes after contact with the specific product.
