The plastic bottle with a black and gold spray pump represents a practical packaging solution for modern cosmetics and other liquid formulations where a fine, even application in the form of a mist is required. Thanks to the transparent body of the container, you always have an overview of the contents, which makes stock control as well as presentation of the finished product easier. The combination of a lightweight plastic container and a functional spray pump is suitable for packaging various liquid blends that are applied by spraying onto the skin, hair, textiles or into the surrounding space.
The bottle is designed as a versatile, reusable container for home and semi‑professional products where easy handling, controlled dosing and a clean appearance are important. The transparent plastic container allows for easy labelling with stickers and fits well into coherent product lines in cosmetics or aromatherapy.
This bottle with spray pump is supplied as a functional unit, ready for immediate use without the need for additional components. The combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify the long‑term stability of the product under the given conditions.

If the packaging is made of PET‑type plastic, it is necessary to keep in mind that PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures. In the case of long‑term or repeated exposure to heat, there is a risk of deformation of the packaging, which may affect the sealing and functionality of the spray pump. Such packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling; gentle manual cleaning at appropriate temperatures is recommended, as well as the use of suitable disinfection according to the nature of the filled mixture.
When deciding whether to reuse the packaging or recycle it, we recommend basing your decision on the material designation given in the parameter table of the product on the Handymade.sk website. According to this designation, the packaging can be placed in the correct sorting container (for example plastic) to ensure its responsible recycling at the end of its service life.
Yes, the container can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol suitable for surface disinfection (for example products available in the category such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant‑based). This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe use of the packaging. At the same time, it is important not to exceed the recommended temperature limits for the given plastic to prevent deformation.
First we recommend rinsing the container with a suitable cleaning solution and then thoroughly rinsing it with drinking water. The spray pump should be actuated several times in clean water to remove residues of the previous product from inside the tube and the spray head. After mechanical cleaning, the bottle and the spray pump must be disinfected – for example by briefly rinsing and spraying with isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol, while paying attention to compatibility with the packaging material. Then allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature away from any direct source of heat.
Plastic bottles of this type are not intended for filling with hot or freshly cooked products. High temperature may lead to softening or deformation of the material, which will negatively affect the stability of the bottle and the functionality of the spray pump. It is recommended to fill only products that have cooled down to room temperature. For the same reason, the packaging is not suitable for boiling or for cleaning in a dishwasher; when cleaning, a gentle manual procedure with controlled water temperature must always be chosen.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend recycling it responsibly. First empty the bottle and, if possible, rinse it to remove product residues. Then follow the material designation given in the parameter table of the product on Handymade.sk – according to this designation the packaging can be placed in the correct sorting container (for example plastic). In the case of a combined package (bottle and spray pump), it is advisable to consider separating the components if the design allows it, in order to increase the efficiency of recycling in the local waste sorting system.

In the extended filter, the selection can be adjusted according to several parameters, such as type and neck diameter, overall size and volume of the container, colour and material. By combining these criteria, you can quickly narrow the range down to packaging options that best match your formulation and the intended dosing method (for example a standard cap, pump or spray pump).
The spray pump works best with low‑viscosity, liquid formulations without larger solid particles – hydrolats, toners, aqueous solutions, light alcohol blends and mild cleaning sprays are ideal. Thick emulsions, gels or products with visible particles may clog the spray pump or prevent uniform atomisation. Before choosing the final packaging, we therefore recommend performing a trial filling to verify that the chosen formula is compatible with this type of spray pump and that you achieve the expected application effect.
