Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the service life of your cosmetic products.

How should I correctly clean and disinfect the bottle before refilling?

Before reuse, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleansing agent, rinsing it thoroughly and letting it dry completely. Then treat the inner walls and the closure with disinfecting alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Allow the disinfectant to act and let the remainder evaporate in the air. Do not use boiling or dishwashing in a dishwasher, in order to avoid damaging the plastic material.

Is this plastic bottle suitable for dishwashers or boiling?

The plastic material of the packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. When washing in a dishwasher or boiling, there is a risk of deformation of the bottle and the closure, which can negatively affect sealing and dosing functionality. Therefore, for cleaning use only hand washing in moderately warm water and disinfection with alcohol. This will preserve shape stability and long-term usability of the packaging.

How can I safely recycle or dispose of this packaging if I no longer wish to use it?
