The transparent plastic bottle with a white disc-top closure represents a practical and professional packaging for liquid and gel formulations. Thanks to the transparent body, the user has immediate visual control over the contents, which facilitates dosing as well as monitoring product consumption. The disc-top closure enables convenient and controlled dispensing of the contents without fully opening the packaging, which reduces the risk of contamination and mess during use.
This packaging is suitable for filling various types of cosmetic preparations, cleaning solutions and other liquids where clean application, aesthetic appearance and comfortable dosing are important. Thanks to the properties of the plastic material and the functional shape, it is a reliable bottle for home and semi-professional use.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing performance, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or active substances.

Yes, the disc-top closure is practical for liquid and slightly thicker formulations such as shower gels, shampoos or light body milks. However, for very thick creams or butters, dosing may be less comfortable, and in such a case, packaging with a pump or another type of dispensing, according to the character of the product, is more suitable.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using suitable alcohol-based disinfectants, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the fragrance, colour or stability of your formulations.
We recommend washing the plastic bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent using a soft sponge or brush. Avoid aggressive abrasive products that could scratch the surface. After washing, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly and then disinfect it with alcohol (for example, with the products mentioned above). After disinfection, let the alcohol evaporate completely before refilling the bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it, rinsing out any remaining contents as well as possible and then placing it in sorted waste according to the information provided in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. Follow the recycling symbol and the recommended type of container for the given material. If the closure is made of a different material than the bottle body, it is ideal to separate the individual parts and sort them separately to maximize recycling efficiency.
