Transparent round plastic bottle with transparent cap 500 ml represents a universal packaging suitable for cosmetic as well as technical liquid products, where clarity and control of the fill level are important. The transparent material allows for easy visual inspection of the colour, clarity and quantity of the product, which is practical for everyday use as well as for selling finished products. The bottle is designed to be lightweight yet strong and comfortable to hold in the hand, which makes filling, labelling and use by end customers easier.
Important notice concerning PET material: for plastic packaging made of PET material it is not suitable to expose the bottle to high temperatures. Excessive heating may lead to deformation of the packaging, therefore it is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning or boiling. Gentle manual cleaning in suitably lukewarm water is recommended, as well as following the recommendations for disinfection before repeated use.
The separate transparent bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the parameters selected in the e-shop. You can combine it, for example, with screw caps, dropper inserts, spray pumps or practical applicators intended for cosmetic and auxiliary solutions. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of reliable and safe use under the specific conditions.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly under normal use, provided that you observe basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and subsequently disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or with ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the odour or stability of your formulations.
When cleaning plastic packaging made from PET material, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, ideally a neutral one or one intended for manual washing. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore avoid very hot water, dishwasher cleaning and any boiling. After washing, allow the bottle to dry thoroughly and only then disinfect it with the recommended alcohol-based preparation before the next filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material marking indicated in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the bottle, rinse out any product residues if possible and separate the individual parts (for example the bottle body and the cap) if they are made of different materials. Then place the components in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local collection rules. By recycling you help reduce the amount of plastic waste and improve the sustainability of your production.
Plastic packaging made from PET material is not intended for filling with very hot mixtures or for processes in which the packaging is subjected to long-term heating. Exposure to elevated temperatures may lead to softening or deformation of the bottle walls and to deterioration of the closure seal. It is recommended to fill only cooled or lukewarm formulations and, when working, to ensure that the temperature of the filling is appropriate to the properties of the plastic material stated in the technical documentation.
