The packaging can be used repeatedly as long as you follow basic hygiene principles and continuously check its mechanical condition. Before each new filling, the bottle and the DISC TOP closure need to be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product. For disinfection, we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. With PET material, it is necessary to avoid high temperatures – do not boil the packaging and do not wash it in a dishwasher to prevent deformation or weakening of the bottle walls.

The bottle with built-in DISC TOP closure is particularly suitable for liquid and lightly creamy products where controlled application without unnecessary spillage is important. It is an excellent choice for shampoos, shower gels, body and face milks with lower viscosity, liquid soaps, toners, micellar solutions, hair tonics, lighter oil blends or conditioners. However, it is always necessary to test the compatibility of the specific formulation with the packaging material, especially if it contains a higher proportion of essential oils or alcohol.

For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is important to avoid exposure to high temperatures and direct contact with heat sources. PET is not suitable for boiling, sterilisation in hot water or washing in a dishwasher, because at higher temperatures the bottle may deform and the sealing of the closure may deteriorate. Manual cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser is recommended, followed by thorough rinsing and subsequent disinfection with an alcohol suitable for working with packaging. Do not overfill the packaging beyond the recommended filling volume and store it away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its recycling is recommended in accordance with the information given in the product parameters. On the bottle or in the description in the e-shop, you will find information about the type of plastic and the relevant recycling label. According to this symbol, sort the packaging into the appropriate plastic container in your region. Before recycling, remove any remaining contents, empty the packaging and, if necessary, rinse it with a small amount of water. Separate any paper or other elements that do not belong in plastic waste. Packaging prepared in this way can be recovered more efficiently in the recycling process.
