Transparent round plastic bottle DISC TOP white 200 ml is a universal cosmetic packaging suitable for various types of liquid and semi-liquid preparations that require convenient and controlled dispensing. Thanks to the transparent body, you have constant visual control over the contents and the remaining amount of product, which is practical for home production as well as professional cosmetics.
This type of bottle is ideal for packaging everyday products for the bathroom or cosmetic bag, where you will appreciate easy one-hand opening and closing. The disc-top closure allows clean and precise application without unnecessary wasting of the contents and increases the comfort of the end user.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a practical disc-top closure, which is adapted for convenient dispensing of liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic products. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging and closure work together optimally with your specific product.

When using plastic packaging made from PET-type material, it is important to pay attention to proper handling. This material should not be exposed to high temperatures – with longer-term exposure to heat there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. For this reason the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. We recommend gentle manual cleaning at lower temperatures and the use of suitable disinfectant products according to the type of filling.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are observed and the contents are handled appropriately. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the packaging, ideally using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. At the same time we recommend checking the condition of the plastic and the closure – in case of visible wear or damage it is better to remove the packaging from further use.
When cleaning the plastic bottle, we recommend first thoroughly rinsing out the residues of the previous filling with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent. Then rinse the packaging with clean water and let it drain. Before a new filling it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the closure using alcohol-based products, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Do not expose the PET material to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher in order to avoid deformation.
Plastic packaging made from PET material is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for sterilisation by boiling. High temperature can cause deformation of the bottle, worsen the tightness of the closure and affect its mechanical properties. For cleaning we recommend gentle manual washing at lower temperatures and disinfection using alcohol solutions, which are gentler on the material and at the same time help maintain the required hygiene before the next filling.
If you decide not to continue using the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local recycling rules and the information given in the product parameters for this packaging. After emptying, thoroughly remove any remaining contents, rinse the packaging and, according to the type of material from the parameter table, sort it into the appropriate container (usually plastic). The closure is often made from a different type of plastic, so it is advisable to check the material designation and sort the individual parts separately, if possible.
