The plastic bottle with dispenser is a universal packaging suitable for both professional and home filling of various liquid cosmetic preparations. The practical dispensing mechanism enables convenient and controlled application of the product, which reduces the risk of crystallisation, clogging and unnecessary waste of the contents. Thanks to its reliable closure, the bottle is suitable for liquid formulations that require hygienic dosing and protection from contact with air.
The durable plastic material provides good stability during normal use, while the bottle is lightweight, practical to handle and also suitable for travel. The transparent design makes it easier to visually check the contents and the amount of product, which you will appreciate both during production and in final sales. The packaging is designed to meet the requirements for modern packaging of liquid cosmetic products with an aesthetic appearance and functional dispensing.
This bottle is supplied as a combination of packaging and dispenser, which has been created on Handymade as a ready-made and functional solution. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially in the case of active ingredients and components sensitive to external factors.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling. However, with each refilling it is essential to follow basic hygiene principles – thoroughly clean the bottle, rinse it and, before refilling, disinfect the internal space and the dispenser with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (for example products available on Handymade – IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based). We recommend repeated use only for compatible formulations and provided that the plastic and dispenser remain in perfect condition.
When preparing for reuse, first remove the remains of the original contents by wiping and thoroughly rinsing with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a mild detergent. Then rinse the packaging several times with clean water and allow it to dry at room temperature away from a direct source of heat. Before refilling, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface and parts of the dispenser with an alcohol solution – suitable products are IPA 99 or plant-based ethanol 96. After applying the disinfectant, allow the alcohol to evaporate and only then refill the packaging.
Plastic bottles of this type are not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, therefore we do not recommend washing them in the dishwasher or boiling them. High temperature can lead to gradual deformation of the walls, changes in shape or damage to the thread and the dispensing mechanism, which will negatively affect the sealing and the functionality of the pump. For cleaning and disinfection, rather use lukewarm water, mild cleaning agents and subsequent alcohol disinfection according to the recommendations in the product description.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend placing it in sorted waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. Before throwing it into the appropriate container, it is advisable to remove the remains of the contents as much as possible and rinse the bottle in order to minimise contamination of the recycling stream. In the case of a combination of packaging made from one material and a dispenser made from several materials, proceed according to local recycling rules – if possible, separate the individual parts and place them in the appropriate fractions of sorted waste. By recycling you reduce the volume of waste and extend the life cycle of the raw materials used.
The simplest way to select suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the relevant category. After clicking on a category (for example bottles, dropper bottles, jars or dispensers), you will find the filter at the top of the page. Using it, you can specifically select packaging according to key parameters – neck type, size, colour and material. In this way, you quickly narrow down the range to packaging that is compatible with your product and with your preferred closures or dispensing systems.
