The transparent plastic bottle with transparent cap is a universal container suitable for a wide range of liquid and gel products where content visibility and convenient handling are important. Thanks to its practical shape and durable plastic material, the bottle is ideal for homemade formulations, small batches of cosmetics, as well as professional use in a workshop or salon. The transparent walls of the container allow easy visual control of the remaining amount of product and its consistency during everyday use.
The standalone plastic bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems available in the Handymade.sk range. Depending on the selected parameters, you can combine it, for example, with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators for targeted application of the product.
The packaging–closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – in particular with regard to sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of alcohol, oils or acids).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, you can use the bottle repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is important to clean the container thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose we recommend the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has dried and aired off is the bottle ready to be refilled.
Before reuse we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent that is compatible with your previous formulation and then rinsing it thoroughly with clean water. After the inner surface has dried, apply disinfection using alcohol (for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol). Make sure that no residues of cleaning agents or water remain trapped inside the container, as these could affect the stability of the new fill.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended for long-term exposure to high temperatures. At elevated temperatures the bottle walls may deform or the mechanical stability of the neck and thread may be weakened. For this reason, washing in a dishwasher or boiling the packaging is not recommended. For cleaning and disinfection it is more appropriate to use lukewarm water, a mild cleansing agent and then an alcohol-based disinfection, which does not require high temperature.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend placing it, after emptying and basic rinsing, into the appropriate recycling stream according to the material marking given in the product parameters and on the relevant recycling symbol on the packaging. Plastic packaging is usually sorted into the container for plastics, but always follow local recycling rules. Before recycling it is advisable to separate the cap from the bottle body so that the individual parts can be processed as efficiently as possible.
To select a suitable package you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, dropper bottles, jars or dispensers). In the advanced filter you can clearly set parameters such as neck type, pack size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly filter only those containers that match your formulation, desired design and dispensing method.
When filling, we recommend working at room temperature and not using mixtures that are too hot, in order to avoid deformation of the plastic and unnecessary stressing of the packaging. Fill more viscous products slowly so that air bubbles do not form inside and so that the neck is not overloaded when closing the cap. It is also advisable to leave a small headspace below the rim of the neck, which will improve sealing and reduce the risk of leakage during transport or frequent opening.
