Transparent plastic bottle with silver disc top closure represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging modern liquid cosmetic preparations. The transparent bottle enables visual control of the contents, and the elegant disc top closure ensures convenient dispensing without unnecessary waste. Thanks to the reliable snap mechanism, the packaging is suitable for everyday use in the bathroom, salon, and while travelling, where the combination of functionality and a representative appearance is important.
The packaging is designed to withstand repeated opening and closing without loss of tightness, which helps protect the consistency and quality of the filled preparations. The bottle is suitable for a wide range of liquid products with different viscosities – from light toners and facial waters to thicker gels or body milks. The disc top closure allows more precise dispensing of the contents with gentle pressure, which minimizes the risk of spillage and increases comfort during application.
This bottle is supplied directly with a silver disc top closure, which ensures practical and hygienic dispensing of the contents. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your specific product will remain stable with the packaging in the long term.

When working with plastic packaging made of PET material, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of this material. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, since long‑term or intensive heating may lead to deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Gentle hand cleaning and the use of disinfectants intended for packaging materials are recommended.
The packaging can be used repeatedly for the same or a similar type of product if hygiene principles are followed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of your formulation. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid high temperatures – do not boil the PET packaging and do not wash it in a dishwasher, so that it does not become deformed.
Before refilling, it is advisable first to rinse the packaging with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent that is compatible with your formulation, and then rinse it thoroughly with clean water. After drying, it is necessary to disinfect both the bottle and the closure with an alcoholic disinfectant solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant. As this is PET material, do not expose the packaging to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher, in order to maintain its dimensional stability and the functionality of the closure.
The disc top closure allows dispensing of the contents without having to open the packaging completely. For maximum hygiene, we recommend ensuring during application that the outlet opening does not touch the skin or other surfaces, and carefully snapping the closure shut after each use. When working in salons or in professional use, it is advisable to use clean tools or applicators, which reduces the risk of introducing impurities into the bottle. If the closure becomes heavily soiled, we recommend cleaning it and, if necessary, also disinfecting it, while taking care that an excessive amount of disinfectant solution does not get into the interior of the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted collection, it is advisable to rinse the bottle to remove product residues and to separate the closure if it is made from a different type of plastic. The actual recycling is governed by the material marking on the packaging and the recommendations given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website. In this way you support responsible handling of plastic packaging and reduce the amount of waste.
