The white HDPE plastic bottle is a practical container designed for packaging liquid and slightly viscous products in the field of cosmetics, production raw materials and technical solutions. It is suitable for products that require reliable handling, repeated opening and packaging stability in storage and transport. The opaque white design is suitable for products sensitive to external influences and normal operating conditions.
The bottle is compatible with different types of closures and dispensers according to the selected parameters. The combinations of packaging and closures, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused, provided hygiene principles are observed. Before each refill, the packaging should be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend that you empty it, rinse it and take it to a sorted plastic collection. The cap or dispenser should be separated and sorted separately according to the material used in accordance with local recycling rules.
The opaque white design is suitable for products where it is desirable to protect the contents from normal external influences during storage and use.

A safety lid is designed to provide first-open control. Once opened for the first time, you can visually identify that the package has already been opened or tampered with, which is especially handy for sales and distribution.
Yes, the lid is of cosmetic quality and is intended for use with cosmetic products under normal conditions of storage and use.
Yes, the lid is food grade and suitable for direct contact with all types of food. For a specific product, we recommend checking the compatibility of the entire packaging + cap combination in real conditions.
Yes, the lid can be reused as long as hygiene principles are observed. Before each refill, the cap must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, allow the lid to dry thoroughly.
If you decide not to reuse the lid, we recommend recycling it. As it is a PP plastic material, the lid belongs in the sorted plastics collection in accordance with local rules and the instructions of your collection company.
