Plastic bottle – pharma bottle with spray pump represents a practical and lightweight packaging for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of a reliable plastic container and a functional spray pump, it is suitable for packaging various cosmetic solutions, treatment blends and homemade formulations where hygienic and targeted application is important. The packaging is designed to ensure comfortable handling, easy dosing and protection of the contents during normal use.
This product represents a specific combination of bottle and spray pump, designed to provide comfortable and functional dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works optimally with your particular product.

The spray pump is primarily designed for low- to medium-viscosity liquids for which it can create a fine spray. Thick creams, gels or highly viscous emulsions may reduce dosing comfort or lead to clogging of the mechanism. Before final filling, we recommend testing a small amount of the formulation to verify smooth spraying and even distribution.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed, and we recommend subsequently disinfecting them using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Disinfection helps to minimise the risk of microbial contamination during repeated use and is especially important for cosmetic preparations applied to the skin.
To maintain the functionality of the packaging, we recommend storing the filled bottle in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Excessive temperature fluctuations or prolonged overheating may affect the spray mechanism as well as the properties of the stored product. Also avoid strong mechanical stress, such as repeated squeezing or deforming of the bottle body, in order to maintain proper tightness and uniform dosing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with the recommendations given in the parameter table of the specific product. Follow the recycling symbol and the classification of the material into the appropriate separate waste stream (most often the container intended for plastics). Before handing it over for collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and rinse out any product residues. Where possible, separate the container body from the spray pump so that sorting in the collection system is as efficient as possible.
